- Every Individual or Businesses who were registered under pre-GST laws must register under GST as well.

- Any Service Provider Whose Yearly turnover exceeds Rs. 20 Lakhs.
- Any Individual supplying products through an e-commerce aggregator.
- Every e-commerce aggregator.
- Input Service Distributor
- Person Supplying online information and database access or retrieval service from a place outside India to a person in India, other than a registered taxable person.
- Agents of Supplier
- A Person Making interstate supplies
- Person paying tax under reverse charge mechanism
- Casual taxable person or Non-resident taxable person.
